Petar Dundović Posted June 29, 2023 Posted June 29, 2023 I need to extract vertical wind profile from Wasp to excel so i can present it in a study how do i do it?
Stefan Blagojevic Posted June 29, 2023 Posted June 29, 2023 Dear Petar, Once you have chosen your turbine site, navigate to the top menu bar and select "Tools" followed by "Utility Scripts". In the available options, you should find the "Turbine site vertical profile (Excel)" feature.
Petar Dundović Posted June 30, 2023 Author Posted June 30, 2023 Furthermore, how can i increase height for the date of vertical profile to 200m, now it is 100m?
Rogier Posted July 3, 2023 Posted July 3, 2023 Hi Petar, all the utility scripts from WAsP are in the folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\WAsP\Internal scripts\WAsP You can edit the lines in the script there or make your own custom script. If you changes these lines in the script "Turbine site vertical profile (Excel)" (also attached): If LastHeight > 200 Then LastHeight = 200 End If If you are not able to edit that folder due to permissions you can copy the zip file "WAsP 12 standard scripts" and put it somewhere in your home folder and set the folder where WAsP is looking for the script to that folder (Tools > Options > Files and paths).
