Bin 1 upper velocity limit [m/s]

Hi all,

why we can not modify this limit to 0.5? I'm not sure if I can centered bin between 2.5-3.5 in order to get 3.

WAT is a 32-bit program. This imply memory limitations, so I decided that it was safer to work with a fixed result table rather than a flexible one.
