Dear All,

I am very beginner in WAsP and I have problem with importing a map in .jpg format to Map Editor.
I click File -> load background map. I add fixpoints, but I can't digitized it.
Error says: "Attempt to add digitized points beyond map domain boundary".
I can't mark any boundary on my map. Moreover, I have just only a map in .jpg format.
What do I wrong ? Please, let me know.

Hi, when you start from scratch you must - in addition to adding fixpoints for your background map (in your case: a *.jpg picture), also define the boundaries the map domain. You do that by the menu-option "File | Load Empty Map" or "Edit | Adjust Map Domain Size". Then you will be able to perform digitzing within the specified domain boundaries.
