Lib to OWC Conversion - Help

Hello all,

Very new to WaSP. I'm running WaSP 9. Please forgive any repetition of this topic.

I have a lib file containing sector wise wind data from DTU Wind Atlas, obtained by polygoning around an area of interest. The lib file indicates an "Emergent" probability distribution curve.

I want to be able to use it as a Wind Atlas in WaSP to predict wind and power at specifically located turbine site.

The help file appears to indicate that I need to convert lib to OWC using the OWC wizard. There's not much documentation on how to the use the wizard. This is where I'm stuck.

A step by step example of converting lib to OWC would be very helpful. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Or is this the methodology I need to follow to use lib ?

The *.lib file _is_ the wind atlas and can be used to predict wind and power at specific sites. The WAsP help file contains a quick start tutorial that explains the basic concepts.
