New WAsP Map Editor 11.3

A new version of the WAsP Map Editor version 11.3 is available from http://www.wasp.dk/

It has the following new features:

- SRTM Map importer implemented
- Projection database reading (Asian Windows versions) error fixed
- Shape file reading errors fixed
- Shape-file elevation from associated dBase file now supported
- DXF-map reading bug re. files with unspecified DXF-format version now fixed
