Error "Roughness total does not match sectoral analysis.."

Hi to all,

While trying to calculate a wind resource grid using WAsP 10.2.010 I came up with the error message ending in 'Roughness total does not match sectoral analysis..'.

The resource grid calculation was stoped.

The vector map seems ok with no inconsistencies.

Any ideas on what might case this ?

Hi Ricardo,

This error is arising out of the WAsP calculation core. It might happen even if there are no problems with the map data. Could you email us the report information from 'Help... WAsP on this computer', please?

Hi Duncan,

Before reading your post I've completely uninstalled previous versions and clean out the "Bin" folder in WAsP folder and now everything is working ok !

Our IT guy told me it could have something to do with Rvea0116.dll, although couldn't quite get why...

Anyway, i'm going to sen you via email the report information you've asked is here below (although I'm suppose it isn't of great help know, is it ?)
