install problem

I recently installed WAsP, but am having problems runnign the climate analyst.
When I try and run it I get the exception:

Local exception: Please contact technical support. raised at: 2012-03-28 11:53:46
    2012-03-28 11:53:46: Message added: Could not work out the file import protocol library path
    2012-03-28 11:53:46: Exception raised in: ClimateAnalyst:cPreferences:EnsureFileImportProtocolLibraryPathIsValid
    2012-03-28 11:53:46: Message added: Startup failed while Creating singleton objects
    Latest thread started in: ClimateAnalyst:mApplicationCore:Main

Does anyone know how to solve this? Thanks.

Haven't seen this error for a long time, so are you sure you are running the latest version of the Climate Analyst? Get the latest installation from:

WAsP 10: http://www.wasp.dk/Download/Software/WAsP10_Installation.aspx

WAsP 9: http://www.wasp.dk/Download/Software/WAsP9_Installation.aspx

Uninstall any old version before installing the new one. If problem persists, mail waspsupport@risoe.dtu.dk.
